  • In tours that include transportation; your pick-up time from your address or in tours excluding transportation; location information of the meeting point will be sent to your phone number 1 day before the tour day.

Conditions of Purchase, Payment, Cancellation, Return and Postponement:

On-site payment option is only available for tours you will join within the next 4 days. A 20% down payment is required for more early reservations.

If you request the cancellation of the reservation up to 8 hours before the day tour takes place, the cancellation will be carried out unconditionally and uninterruptedly. If cancellation is requested within the last 8 hours before the tour takes place, the refund fee is defined as a coupon to the customer’s account and can be used in return for all types of daily tours available on our website within 1 year. If the tour is not attended at the start time for arbitrary reasons  and a refund is requested, 50% of the total amount is returned as a coupon and can be used in all tours on our website within 1 year.

All postponement and change processes requested until the starting time of the tour, can be postponed to the available date uninterruptedly and unconditionally, or tour changes can be made.

You can submit your cancellation, refund and postponement requests by contacting us via telephone and other live communication channels between 10:00 – 20:00 every day.For requests you make outside of our working hours, the message/e-mail time you send to our WhatsApp support center (+90 551 160 69 05) or by e-mail ([email protected]) will be considered as the cancellation/change request time and the contract will be applied accordingly.

In case of delay, occupancy or cancellation that may occur in the daily tours, another tour that will provide the same service and conditions are offered to the customer, or the customer is provided with the option to changing the tour which cancelled with another daily tour at a discount according to customers own preference. If the customer requests a refund, the entire amount that customers paid will be paid back to the bank account unconditionally.

If daily tours with free transfers are preferred, you will be taken from the address that you say and brought to the areas where the daily tour will take place. If customer preferred daily tours that do not include transfers, the transportation will be carried out by the customer. (You can find the details of the day tour you have booked under tour description.) Your pick-up time for tours with transfers or the location of the meeting place for tours without a transfer, will be sent to your phone 1 day before  start of the tour, with a private message.

In the day tours where the best price guarantee is stated, if there is a different website that offers the same tour features for sale online at a lower price on the same reservation days and conditions, the price difference will be returned to the user unconditionally.What needs to be done for this; For your objection, you can take screenshots and/or photos of the website where the sale is made for a lower price, showing important areas such as price, date and URL, and send it to [email protected] with the subject line “Best Price Guarantee Objection”. Do not forget to write the information of the reservation you made on our site, your contact information, your bank account information and a message summarizing your objection in the content of the e-mail.After you complete your application, we will evaluate and finalize your request within 3 working days at the latest. Payment:

The payment for the reservation to be made on Safelinetravel.com can be made securely by credit card, debit card, or it can be paid at the door, provided that the order code is shown. For usege made other than the cardholder in online payments the transaction is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Bank Cards and Credit Cards Law Dated 23/02/2006 and numbered 5464 and the regulation numbered 26458.

Personal Data:
